Property sales, rentals and viewing requests

Sales and rentals in a shared marketplace for residents across the platform.

01

Find and compare

Residents can search apartments, parking spaces and premises for sale or rent using price, area and building filters. Published locations appear on a map, with comparison of up to three listings, favorites and saved search filters.

Sale and rental listings

Choose whether you want to buy or rent and browse the corresponding published listings.

Apartments, parking spaces and premises

Narrow the search to the property type you need: apartment, parking space or premises.

Filter by price, area and building

Set your preferred price, area and building filters to remove unsuitable listings from the results.

A map of published locations

View listings with published locations on the map to compare where the properties are situated.

Compare up to three listings

Select up to three listings and compare their key details side by side to support your choice.

Favourites and saved search filters

Save listings as favorites and keep search filters to return to the same selection quickly.

02

Showcase your property

Owners add photos, price, floor area, room count and other property details. After review and publication, they can edit the listing, hide it temporarily, show it again or mark the property as sold or rented.

Listing photos and details

Add property photos and a description to help interested people understand the space.

Price, area, rooms and floor

Enter the main specifications so the listing can be found and compared using relevant filters.

Review before publication

Before publication, the listing goes through the required review for presentation in the shared marketplace.

Manage your own listings

Find your own listings in a dedicated list to manage their status and changes together.

Edit, temporarily hide and show again

Update a listing or hide it temporarily while retaining the option to show it again.

Mark a property as sold or rented

Mark the listing’s completed status after a deal so the property is not presented as still available.

03

Contact the owner directly

Interested residents can start a conversation with the owner from a listing and discuss that specific property. They can also send a viewing request with a preferred time and comment for the responsible person to arrange the next step.

A conversation tied to the specific listing

A conversation started from a listing stays linked to that property so both parties know what is being discussed.

Ask questions and clarify details in the same chat

Keep property questions and additional information in the same conversation to retain the full discussion.

Request a viewing with a preferred time and note

Specify a preferred time and comment when requesting a property viewing.

Send the viewing request to the responsible team

The responsible person receives the request to arrange the details; sending it does not confirm a viewing.

Keep the listing context in the conversation

The listing link within the conversation helps keep discussions about different properties separate.

Search conversation history

Find an earlier message in the property conversation and open its surrounding context to understand the agreement.

Retry sending a message

In the supported app, identify an unsent message and retry it within the same property conversation.

Visible reading status

The conversation retains reading position to distinguish new messages from history already viewed.

04

Price comparisons and listing checks

A listing shows its current status, validity and price in available currencies. Where enough data exists, sale-price comparisons provide context, and users can report inaccurate or unwanted content.

View prices in available currencies

View prices in an available currency to compare offers in a familiar pricing format.

Compare sale asking prices when enough data is available

Where enough data is available, use sale-price comparisons as additional context for your decision.

Listing status and expiry

Check a listing’s status and validity to understand whether it remains current and available.

Report an inappropriate listing

Report an inaccurate, suspicious or inappropriate listing for staff review.

Block an unwanted user

Use blocking in supported interactions to limit further contact with an unwanted user.

05

Narrow your property search by location, type, price and area. Sorting helps you reach suitable offers sooner.

Sale or rental

Choose the transaction type to browse sale or rental offers in the right context.

Apartment, parking space or premises

Minimum and maximum price

Search by building and text

Narrow results to a selected building or search terms to reach a relevant listing sooner.

Newest, price or area

Sort by newest, ascending or descending price, or area to suit the way you compare offers.

Only available offers

06

Map, favourites and comparison

Review locations and key property details in a useful decision-making view. Save interesting offers and return to them while comparing.

Search the visible map area

Explore published offers within the selected map area, using markers and groups of nearby listings.

Compare up to three offers side by side

In the web comparison tool, view price, price per square metre, area, rooms, floor and other available details side by side.

Your own favourites list

Save a listing that interests you and remove it from favourites when it no longer suits your needs.

Choose a display currency

View offer prices in AMD, USD, EUR or RUB using the available exchange-rate conversion.

Retained search preferences

The web page retains search filters so you do not need to rebuild the same selection on your next visit.

07

Tools for listing owners

Start from your registered property data and prepare the listing before publication. Control the photo order, contact visibility and listing lifecycle.

Prefill from a registered property

Select an apartment, parking space or premises available to you to reuse its recorded details in the listing.

Up to ten photos

Add up to ten photos, reorder them and remove individual images to present the property as intended.

Choose whether to show your phone number

Choose whether the listing’s contact number is shown publicly or retains restricted visibility.

Refresh a listing

Refresh the listing’s priority and validity at the permitted interval to keep it current.

All your listings together

Manage pending, active, hidden and completed offers in My listings, with each offer’s current status visible.

08

Price context and marketplace oversight

Comparable sale listings help provide context for an asking price. Publication reviews and report handling help maintain marketplace quality.

Comparable sale-listing insights

When sufficient data is available, review the range and median of comparable active asking prices, with sample size and currency taken into account.

Price context while preparing a listing

Use available comparisons while preparing your listing to consider your asking price. These are advertised prices, not completed-sale valuations.

Reasons for rejection or restriction

A management review can approve an offer or provide a reason for rejecting or restricting it.

Dedicated report handling

Reports about inaccurate details, unsuitable material or a completed offer reach the responsible reviewer.

A safeguard for repeated reports

An offer reaching the configured threshold of reports from different users may be temporarily hidden and brought to an administrator’s attention.

Marketplace management statistics

Authorised administrators can review listing and moderation statistics to monitor marketplace activity.

Availability depends on the user’s role, enabled services and compatible equipment.
