Intercom, live view and building equipment

Building devices become part of the resident app and management workspace.

01

Intercom calls on your phone

When a visitor rings a compatible intercom, the current resident can answer in the app, speak with them and open the door if authorized. Call history and available photos help review the visit afterwards.

Answer entrance calls in the app

Answer a compatible intercom call on your phone through the app’s call screen.

Speak with the visitor

Speak with the visitor during the call to establish the purpose of the visit and arrange entry.

Open the door during a call when permitted

Use the door-opening control during the call when your permissions allow it.

Review call history and available snapshots

Find a previous call in the history and view the photos available for it.

Route calls to current occupants

Call recipients follow the current occupancy arrangement so visitors reach the intended residents.

02

Live entrance view

Authorized residents can open a live view from an available entrance camera in the app to see who is at the door. This is available for entrances equipped with compatible live-view hardware.

View an entrance camera available to you

Open a permitted entrance’s live view in the app to see the available camera image.

See who is at the door

Check the visitor at the door through the live view before deciding about entry.

Viewing requires the appropriate permission

Camera viewing is available only to people who have been granted the relevant permission.

Availability depends on the building’s installed equipment

Live viewing applies only to buildings and entrances equipped to support the function.

03

More ways to enter

At compatible entrances, residents can use their assigned card, personal PIN or QR. Facial entry requires suitable equipment and the resident’s consent; cards and other access credentials can be managed or revoked.

Personal QR and entry PIN on compatible panels

Use your personal code or QR at an entrance panel that supports that access method.

An access card assigned to the resident

An assigned card follows the resident’s access permissions and can be used at the relevant doors.

Enrol for face access with compatible equipment and consent

Facial-entry enrollment requires your consent and is available only for supported equipment.

Manage and revoke cards or entry credentials

Access associated with lost or unused cards and other credentials can be revoked.

04

Parking, lifts and equipment health

Depending on installed equipment, the app can provide controls for the parking barrier, lift and other connected devices. Managers can see device status, receive fault information and follow the progress of technical work.

Control a parking barrier

Open the building’s connected parking barrier from the app when authorized.

Use available lift and connected-device controls

Use available controls for connected devices according to the building’s equipment and your permissions.

Management gets an overview of equipment health

The device list helps managers identify working equipment and items needing attention.

Fault alerts and technical-work tracking

Follow fault information through the relevant maintenance work to track its resolution.

The available controls depend on the building’s equipment

Your building’s available functions depend on its installed equipment and enabled services.

05

Manage face and card access

On compatible intercoms, different entry methods have their own enrolment and revocation steps. Residents and authorised administrators can see where access data has been applied.

Enrol a face using a photo

With supported equipment and consent, submit a face photo to configure face entry.

Enrol at the intercom panel

On panels that support the process, face enrolment can be arranged at the device itself.

Application status by panel

See which supported panels have received enrolment data and where further checking is needed.

Revoke face enrolment

The resident or an authorised administrator can remove face enrolment through the supported process.

Enrol a card using a reader

Start card enrolment at a supported device, follow its status or cancel an unfinished step.

Availability depends on the user’s role, enabled services and compatible equipment.
